I never imagined I would end up in the beauty and aesthetics industry!

Before moving to the United States, I was a practicing psychologist and a full-time Christian worker in the Philippines. My life was centered around helping people, understanding their struggles, and making a positive difference in their lives.

When I immigrated to the US in 2008, I knew I had to reinvent myself. I decided to pursue an MBA because my dream was to enter the corporate world. But life had a different plan for me!

Along the way, I became a licensed Master Aesthetician and opened a small facial center inside a nail salon. Honestly, I started it as a side business to supplement my income. I had no grand plans of building a medspa. But that little business started growing! Clients kept coming, referrals increased, and I saw an opportunity to turn something I enjoyed into a meaningful career. That’s when I decided to pursue aesthetics wholeheartedly.

Looking back, I realize I never really left my original calling of helping people. As a psychologist, I helped people with their emotional well-being. Today, through Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa, I help people feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. My MBA background helped me develop the business side of that passion.

What started as a small facial room inside a nail salon grew into Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa, where we now offer advanced aesthetic technologies and personalized rejuvenation treatments.

The beautiful thing is that I didn’t plan this journey. The opportunity presented itself, I embraced it, and I continued to grow with it.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that sometimes you have to be willing to reinvent yourself, step outside your comfort zone, and trust where life is leading you.

I always say, “My career changed, but my purpose never did. I’ve always been in the business of helping people.”
