Noemi's interest in skin care began in the Philippines. She sought expert care since she was suffering from sun damage and other skin disorders. Unfortunately, the therapies she got caused even more damage, so she made it her mission to design methods to repair her own skin and then teach others how to do the same.
Noemi was born and raised in the Philippines, and she immigrated to the United States in 2008 to give her family a better life. She arrived with almost nothing and worked three jobs while taking care of a toddler and attending MBA classes.
Noemi is a licensed Master Medical Aesthetician. After starting in psychology, she changed course to pursue advanced training in medical aesthetics. She opened Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa in Bellevue in 2013, and has been caring for clients here for over a decade.
Every treatment she offers is one she has experienced herself first, which is how she stands behind the quality and comfort of each service.

How does the consultation work?
Every treatment category begins with a complimentary consultation, either in the Bellevue studio or by video. We assess your skin and goals first, then map a plan. High-value programs always start with a consultation rather than a direct booking.
How many sessions will I need?
The number and spacing of sessions depend on the treatment proposed for you and your individual assessment. Confirm the planned course and when it will be reassessed at your consultation.
Can I combine treatments?
Tell your provider about other treatments and products you use or are considering. Ask whether combining procedures is appropriate for you and what additional risks or timing considerations apply.
Safety, preparation & recovery
Is there anything required before laser hair removal?
We require a patch test prior to your first full laser hair removal session to ensure safety and determine the optimal settings for your specific skin and hair type.
Who performs your advanced treatments?
Our advanced protocols are led by an experienced clinical team. Higher-level treatments like Accutite and Quantum RF are performed by trained clinicians with proper clearance, so you receive the highest standard of care and safety.
Are your treatments safe?
Discuss the benefits, risks and suitability of the proposed treatment with your provider. Ask who will perform it, which device will be used and what follow-up or recovery guidance applies.
How much downtime should I expect?
Ask your provider what recovery to plan for with the procedure proposed for you, including aftercare and when to resume your usual activities. Discuss this before choosing a treatment.

How should I compare treatment options?
Ask your provider about the evidence, expected benefits, limitations and risks of each option, including the specific product or device being proposed. Results vary, and no treatment can guarantee a particular outcome.
How do I maintain my results?
Your maintenance plan should be based on the treatment you receive, your response and your goals. Discuss whether follow-up treatment is appropriate and when to reassess; there is no fixed schedule for everyone.
What is your cancellation policy?
