Spa Policies
These policies keep every visit calm, private, and on schedule. Please read through them before your appointment so you know exactly what to expect.
Appointments and Booking
- Book online through our booking page, or reach out to the front desk and we will find a time that works for you.
- Certain treatments begin with a consultation so we can confirm the plan is right for you before we proceed.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any intake forms or update your information.
- If you have questions about your account or a package, contact us before booking so we can point you to the right visit.
Deposits
- A $50 reservation deposit is required to hold most treatment appointments.
- The deposit is applied in full toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.
- It is collected by card through our secure booking page at the time you book.
- A small number of low-cost visits, such as a complimentary consultation or a quick wellness shot, may not require a deposit.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- With 24 hours notice or more, your deposit stays credited toward your next appointment.
- With less than 24 hours notice, the $50 deposit is forfeited.
- For appointments booked without a deposit, a cancellation fee may apply.
- You confirm these terms when you complete your online booking.
No-Show
- A missed appointment with no notice is treated as a no-show.
- The $50 reservation deposit is forfeited for a no-show, the same as a cancellation made inside the 24 hour window.
- Repeated no-shows may require payment in full at the time of booking for future visits.
Late Arrivals
- We will always do our best to see you when you arrive late.
- To stay on time for the guests after you, a late arrival may mean a shortened treatment or a reschedule.
- If we need to reschedule because of a late arrival, our cancellation terms apply.
Refunds
- Medical and aesthetic treatments are generally non-refundable once performed, since the service and clinical time have been delivered.
- Where a refund is not appropriate, we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion.
- Deposits are not refunded on a no-show or a cancellation made within 24 hours, as described above.
- Retail product returns are handled case by case. Please keep your receipt and contact the front desk.
Packages and Memberships
- Packages and multi-session series are purchased up front and are non-refundable, though any unused sessions may be applied toward another service at our discretion.
- Package sessions follow the same booking, deposit, and cancellation terms as single appointments, and a missed session may count as used.
- Membership terms, billing dates, and included benefits are outlined at sign-up and remain in effect until you cancel in writing.
- Prepaid and promotional pricing is honored only for the treatments and the window described at the time of purchase.
Minors and Age
- Guests must be 18 or older for most treatments.
- Select services for a minor may be offered only with a parent or legal guardian present and with written consent.
- We may ask for valid photo identification to confirm age before treatment.
Photography and Consent
- Before and after photos are taken only with your written consent, and they are used to document your progress.
- We will never share or publish your images publicly without separate, written permission from you.
- You may decline photography for marketing at any time, and it will not affect your care.
Right to Refuse and Medical Eligibility
- Every treatment depends on a review of your health history and your suitability for the service.
- Some conditions, medications, or timing can make a treatment unsafe, and we may decline or postpone care to protect your wellbeing.
- We reserve the right to decline service where treatment is not appropriate, or where our team is treated with disrespect.
- This is always about your safety and results, and we will explain the reason and suggest a clear next step.
Payment and Card on File
- We accept major cards and approved financing where available.
- A card on file may be kept to secure your booking and to apply any deposit or cancellation terms you agreed to at the time of scheduling.
- Payment for treatment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
- Prices are confirmed at your visit and may vary based on the plan built for you.
Communications and Consent
- When you share your contact details, you may receive appointment reminders and updates by text and email.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
- Your consent is not a condition of purchase, and we do not sell your information.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- Your health information is kept private and secure, and it is handled in line with applicable privacy laws.
- We share your information only with your care team and only as needed to provide safe treatment.
- Your records are never sold, and marketing messages are always something you can opt out of.
