A passion for empowering women to feel and look their best along with sheer determination to be self-sufficient in her life are what led Noemi Erickson to launch Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa. Noemi grew up in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. in 2008 looking for a better life for her family. She arrived with essentially nothing and worked three jobs while caring for a toddler and going to school for her MBA. Eventually, Noemi decided to change her focus from psychology to pursue her license as a Master Medical Aesthetician and began working at a small office in Renton.
In 2013, Noemi decided to pursue her dream of opening her own practice and moved to Bellevue and that’s when Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa was born. Noemi’s passion for skin care all started back in the Philippines. She was dealing with sun damage and other skin issues so she sought out professional help. Unfortunately, the treatments she received did even more damage so it became her mission to develop systems to fix her own skin and then pass that on to others. She now has a thriving business and has just launched a franchising program as well.
Typically, when you think of a med-spa, you might think Botox, surgical face lifts, chemical peels, etc. Noemi and her team take a little bit different approach. They’re not looking to just provide quick fixes, but rather they capitalize on your body’s ability to heal and repair itself to naturally rejuvenate your skin. They also don’t approach their services as a one size fits all. Noemi said there are so many services available out there that it can sometimes become overwhelming for people to decide how to achieve their goals. Outside of her business, family means everything to Noemi. She has three children; Janina (31) who works for the spa as the Medical director, John Mark (27) and Jonathan (11). Janina also just had a little boy, Daniel, who is two months old. Noemi said she is really excited to be a grandma, but it’s been a lot of work and nobody is sleeping much right now. Noemi is also very thankful for her husband of five years, Scott, and all the love and support he has brought into her life. She said he has truly been a blessing in her life and for the Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa Team.
Noemi is a licensed Master Medical Aesthetician, is certified by the Facial Surgeons of Washington, Laser Institute, and Image Aesthetic Institute. She also was trained at Innovative Skincare University. Noemi has over 10 years of training and experience.
Jonna Knecht is a licensed Master Medical Aesthetician and also manages the day to day alongside Noemi. Jonna has been passionate about skin care and enjoys seeking out natural solutions to bring forth a youthful appearance.
Janina Browne is the Medical Director for Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa and also Noemi’s oldest daughter. Janina had over eight years of clinical experience and decided to go into the medical field because she is passionate about helping others understand how their bodies work and how to be healthier. She is also a physician’s assistant and has a practice at Providence Hospital.
Dr. Michael Woo is the clinic’s Medical Consultant and brings over 20 years of clinical experience to the team. He is also a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Washington.
Dr. Bonnie Gong joined the team as their Supervising M.D. after becoming a client of Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa. She performs all PDO threadlifts.
